Food Photography
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If there are less than 5 people registering for the course, we reserve the right to cancel the course. In that case you can either ask for a refund or your booking being transferred to another course.
COURSE INFO
In this course the participants will gain hands-on experience in creating food photos. In the first part of the course food will be photographed while elaborating different styling, lighting and compositional methods.
In between courses: exercise and hand in your own image to be printed and discussed
The second part of the course will take place online. We will discuss the submitted images as well as have a closer look at editing food pictures.
This is a very interactive course and there will be loads of time in the first part to take food photos yourself.
Language: German or English
Aim:
The participants will be able to:
* Identify and change the lighting situations so that they are most suitable for food photography and create the desired look.
* Improve their food photos by applying the learnt composition and styling techniques.
* Know what to look for when choosing props and backdrops for their food photography.
Prerequisites:
The participants should:
* Know how to use their camera in manual mode
* Be familiar with Aperture, Shutter Speed, ISO, and Focal Length
* Basics like editing and composition are not necessary, but will improve your results
