Portraiture and Lighting go hand in hand. FK will do a CV photo session for ETH Career Center. This is the perfect opportunity for you to get some hands-on experience with professional lighting equipment.

Duration: 1 x 3h + 1 x 1h

Note: We have the opportunity to adapt the course to your interest. So please ask questions and let your teacher know what you would like to learn.

CONTENT

Together, we set up the lighting equipment for our CV portraiture studios at Polymesse. We will explore different lighting scenarios used in portrait photography. The focus is on getting the hands-on experience of setting up a simple studio. The second class focuses on discussion and editing. The goal is to intentionally create the look you want for your portraits by using your lighting of choice.

PREREQUISITES

The participants should be:

• comfortable using a camera
• familiar with Aperture, Shutter Speed, ISO, and Focal Length

Ideally, you already visited our Basic course which covers the topics above. This module is also a suitable continuation of the Portraiture course.
